Trouble Signing In or Signing Up?

If you see "Too many attempts" after trying to sign in, that's a temporary security limit, not a lockout: it clears on its own within the hour. If you're not sure of your password, use "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in page instead of retrying, since that's almost always faster.

If signing up tells you a free trial has already been used for your business or email, it almost always means you already have an account. Sign in instead of creating a new one. The same "Forgot your password?" link works if you don't remember it.

A password entered incorrectly several times in a row temporarily locks that account as a safety measure, separately from the sign-in attempt limit above. It also clears on its own; contact us if you need it sooner.
