1. What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have, when you use Lead Engine.

2. Information we collect from you

Account information: name, business name, email address, and login credentials.
Campaign criteria: the categories, regions, and targeting preferences you configure for your campaigns.
Payment information: no card or bank details are collected or stored by this platform. Paid plans are handled through a Payoneer payment request sent to your email; the payment itself happens on Payoneer's platform, outside this system.
Communications: messages you send us (e.g. support requests, category requests).
Usage data: basic technical logs (such as login activity) needed to operate and secure the service.

3. Information we collect about businesses (leads)

Separately from your account data, the service collects and processes information about third-party businesses -- company name, address, phone number, email, website, and public social media links -- gathered from publicly available sources such as Google Maps listings and business websites, in order to deliver leads matching your campaign criteria. This is business contact information, not personal data about private individuals, and is handled as part of delivering the core service to you.

4. How we use information

To operate and deliver the service, including discovering, verifying, and delivering leads.
To coordinate payment requests and manage your subscription.
To send transactional email (account verification, payment requests, campaign-ready notices, renewal reminders).
To maintain the security of the platform (e.g. fraud/abuse prevention on free trial signups).
To improve the service.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Who we share information with

Payoneer, to send and process your payment request if you choose a paid plan.
Our email delivery provider, to send transactional email on our behalf.
Service providers who help us operate the platform, bound by confidentiality obligations.
Where required by law, or to protect our legal rights.

6. Data retention

We retain your account and campaign data for as long as your account remains active, and for up to 24 months after account closure or cancellation, to handle disputes, refunds, and legal obligations. Lead data delivered to you is retained on our systems for the same period, for support and quality purposes. Technical logs (such as login activity) are retained for up to 12 months. After these periods, data is deleted or anonymized.

7. Security

We apply security measures including CSRF protection on all forms, rate limiting on authentication and signup endpoints, and password hashing (we never store passwords in plain text). No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or a jurisdiction with an equivalent law, see Section 9 (GDPR) below for how these rights apply to you specifically. 9. GDPR: additional rights if you're in the EU/EEA or UK

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction covered by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or an equivalent law, this section applies to you in addition to the rest of this Policy.

Who is responsible for your data. Faiz Ullah, operating as Prowortex, is the data controller for the personal information described in this Policy.

Our legal basis for processing.

Performing our contract with you: operating your account, delivering leads, coordinating payment.
Our legitimate interests: securing the platform and preventing abuse of free trials, and improving the service -- used only where these interests don't override your own rights.
Your consent, where we ask for it specifically (for example, optional communications).
Legal obligation, where processing is required of us by law.

Your rights. Access to your data, correction, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdrawal of consent at any time where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these, contact support@prowortex.com; we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

International transfers. See Section 12 below.

Complaints. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority if you believe we haven't handled your data properly -- though we'd appreciate the chance to resolve it directly first at the contact above.

No dedicated Data Protection Officer. Given the size and nature of this service, we are not required to appoint a formal Data Protection Officer under GDPR. The contact above serves that role in practice.

10. Cookies

We use a session cookie solely to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

11. Children's privacy

Lead Engine is a business-to-business service not directed at, or intended for use by, individuals under 18.

12. International data transfers

Lead Engine is operated from Pakistan, and the infrastructure we use to run the service may be located in other countries, which may be outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or your own country. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to protect it consistent with this Policy, including limiting access to what's needed to operate the service and using reputable infrastructure providers.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
